تم دراسة مجموعة كبيرة من المكتبات الرقمية و المحلية و تم دراسة دقيقة لكافة انشطة الشركة المختلفة ليتم بناء المكتبة للتوائم مع إحتياجات ومتطلبات المستخدمين المحتملينن للمكتبة وتم إعدادها برمجيا سواء للهاتف المحمول اوالويب لتقدم العديد من الخدمات الرقمية لتتوائم مع اهداف الإدارة فى تحقيق شبكة مياه ذكية متكامله
